Q: Can I buy SuperNutrition products directly?
A: No. We sell directly to health food stores and vitamin stores only. But If you would like to purchase our products online, some of these stores do have web sites. You can search for the SuperNutrition product you're looking for using your favorite search engine.
Q: There are no stores in my area. How can I get your products?
A: If you've tried our store locator and there are no stores in your area, the following health food stores also do mail order of our products:

Q: Why are there so many tablets in the serving size?
A: SuperNutrition supplies potencies that have been shown to be far more effective than the RDA
or other lower doses. These "dose-effective" formulas are balanced to give your body the optimal amount of nutrients
for peak performance. Since there is so much more in our formulas, it requires more tablets.
For people who wish to only take one tablet per day, we do offer our
Simply One line, which are the world's highest potency one-daily multi-vitamins.
Q: Can I break up the tablets?
A: Yes. Some people have trouble swallowing tablets whole. If you wish, you may cut them in half or crush them and add them to a glass of juice or a smoothie. However, we coat our iron to reduce interaction with vitamin E. Breaking the coating can compromise these two nutrients that should not touch. We also have a two-stage release for niacin to reduce the potential for the niacin flush. Crushing can increase the likelihood of a niacin flush. We also offer our Perfect Family, Calcium Blend & Opti-Energy Pack in easy-swallow versions. Our Perfect Kids and Niacin Plus are all designed to be easy to swallow as well.
Q: Do you make any supplements in liquid form?
A: No. All our supplements are in tablet form except the Super C Powder. It is not possible to offer full
potencies of vitamins and minerals in liquid form that taste ok, even if the taste is "covered" with sweeteners.
Q: Are the Perfect Kids tablets chewable?
A: No. Although you can chew them, they won't taste very good. In order to make a decent tasting children's vitamin,
we'd have to add sugar and other additives, and even then it's impossible to cover the taste of the higher vitamin and mineral potencies we offer. And we are proud to say, none of our supplements contain sugar and other additives.
Q: What organic certifying standard applies to your organic greenfoods and herbs?
A: All organic ingredients are organically grown and processed in accordance with the California Organic Foods Act of 1990.
Q: My skin is warm and itchy. Am I having a niacin flush?
A: You probably are, if you're taking certain of our products. The niacin skin flush is beneficial and healthy. Read more about it here.
